Dancing, at its best, is independence and intimacy in balance. As in all areas of life when people have to work closely together, dance couples often argue. Appreciation goes a long way in healing and transforming stressed relationships. Transforming Sexual Energy

Sex can be very healing. Healthy, balanced, and loving sex is beneficial to the wellness of the individual. Physically, it balances the body. Emotionally, it binds the couple, even for some time after a relationship may have changed form. Spiritually, it can pull the individual out of themselves. Far from the ugliness of selfish or troubled sex, good sex is a reminder of the beauty and blissful surrender of the higher self. In that domain, there is no division or craving.
