True meditation is intelligent, humble, and powerful. It means becoming consciously alive and well. It heals our body, clears our mind, and frees our spirit. In this way, we reduce (and often eliminate) our problems and have the deep satisfaction of living in an ever-evolving, connected, and creative way.
Your body and mind generally need 20 minutes to attain a meditative, beneficial state. However, if you only have a minute (or can only tolerate a minute), it’s okay. A minute can save you and make a world of difference in helping you to relax, disengage from your worries, and connect with your Divine nature.
