Meditations

I have divided this page into shorter and longer meditations. Sometimes, you only have a minute (or can only tolerate a minute). It’s okay. A minute can save you. Other times, you can settle into a proper 20-minute session. Your body and mind generally need that long to attain a meditative, beneficial state. However, even a minute will make a world of difference in helping you to relax, disengage from your worries, and connect with your Divine nature.

True meditation is intelligent, humble, and powerful. It means becoming consciously alive and well. It heals our body, clears our mind, and frees our spirit. In this way, we reduce (and often eliminate) our problems and have the deep satisfaction of living in an ever-evolving, connected, and creative way.

Meditations of about 15 to 20 minutes. Your body and mind need this long to settle into a truely meditative, beneficial state.
