True generosity does not want something in return, so it does not get frustrated and tired. True love does not want something in return, so it does not become hurt and withdraw its love. It does not evaluate the scales of what has been given and taken and decide that not enough is coming back. It is inexhaustible. Every time you get into the sphere of genuine love, it is a reward, not a drain. First and foremost, love blesses the person who is in the loving consciousness.
We must outgrow the tendency to look at sleep as a reprieve from the day’s problems, a welcome lapse into unconsciousness. Our body needs the physical rest of sleep, but our consciousness does not. It never sleeps. It works all through the night on something or other. That “something” will determine how we wake up and many other things as well. If you go to sleep unconsciously, it will be the perfect breeding ground for everything negative to percolate, manifest, and grow. The state in which you enter sleep will be magnified during the night.

into slow theta brainwaves,
commit your sleep to positive purposes
and ask the higher powers to
guide, protect, and heal you.
Love Matters is divided into Physical Matters (the body and its environment), People Matters (whole, holy relationships), and Mystic Matters (healing and spiritual happiness). In the broadest sense, what isn’t spiritual? Everything in life is spiritual because everything impacts our state of being and our effect on others. The health of our body, emotions, mind, and spirit depends on our understanding life as it is energetically designed to be. If you fight life’s essential nature, you are fighting yourself. You will lose. We want to win, for everyone’s sake.

When the first month of winter is as cold as Black Forest, the long stretch ahead can seem rather daunting. The outside section of Sonder was empty, although inside was busy and buzzing as usual. The other cafes in town did alright, enough to get by, with the bonus of freedom. As we evolve, our thoughts hold more power to create what we envision. Practise holding your intentions clearly in your mind and feel that you consistently add energy to their springing into life. In this way, you can create many things that seem impractical or impossible. Ensure your creations benefit everyone involved, or you will pay a bitter price. No one must suffer from what you create. People suffer relentlessly from what they have made in their minds, but we must not contribute to that. If we intend to bless, and only bless, our creations get the entire force of the universe behind them.
