Five new 45-minute classes have been added to the free class playlist. These mind/body/spirit classes are designed to benefit your well-being and spiritual growth and are an opportunity for you to feel brighter, calmer, clearer, more intelligent, inspired, and enthusiastic. Put aside 45 minutes of undisturbed time to do the classes, which all include a physical and energetic element. The physical component consists of qigong, yoga, and other physical practices, while the energetic component consists of practices such as chanting, breathing, and meditation.
